Time-limited plans provide eligibility for the stated period from purchase or activation as shown on the product page.
Where offered, Lifetime means the commercial lifetime of that product, not every future product or service.
A plan may allow 1, 5, 10 or unlimited active websites for the same licensed customer.
The selected product page and checkout summary identify the duration and website limit purchased. Product-specific terms take priority where clearly stated.
A completed eligible purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product under the selected plan. Ownership of CodexKR source code, design and intellectual property is not transferred.
Each active production or client website counts as one activation unless the product page says otherwise. Staging or local-development treatment may vary by product. Deactivate an old domain before moving a limited licence. Unlimited plans remain subject to fair use by the purchasing customer and do not permit key sharing or resale.
One-year and two-year eligibility starts from the date stated in the order or product page. When a time-limited plan expires, access to new downloads, updates, support and new activations may end until renewal.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, expiry does not automatically transfer ownership or permit redistribution. A Lifetime licence applies to the supported commercial lifetime of that specific product while CodexKR continues to maintain and offer it.
Licence validation may send the key, product identifier, website URL, instance identifier and version to CodexKR. A key may be suspended for refund, chargeback, fraud, redistribution, excessive abuse or material breach. Legitimate domain moves should use deactivation before reactivation; support may review locked activations.

A separately activated production subdomain normally counts as one website. Local or staging rules may vary by product and should be checked before purchase.
Usually yes: deactivate the old domain, then activate the new one while the licence is eligible and an activation slot is available.
You may deliver the completed licensed website where the plan permits, but you may not give resale or redistribution rights to the standalone source product or key.
