The rules for using CodexKR products and services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, placing an order, downloading a file or activating a licence, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate information.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account. Do not sell, share or transfer an account to bypass licence or purchase restrictions. Notify CodexKR promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices, currency, taxes and included licence rights are shown before payment. An order may be refused, cancelled or reviewed where payment fails, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected or the transaction violates these terms. Access is delivered digitally after a successful order; no physical shipping is provided.

4. Digital products, support and updates

Product descriptions identify included files, requirements and plan options. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase and maintaining appropriate backups before installation or update.

Support and update eligibility follows the selected plan, documentation and Licence Policy. Customisation, third-party conflicts and server administration are not included unless stated separately.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish protected source files unless the product page expressly allows it.
• Do not remove licence controls, bypass activation limits or use nulled or modified copies to avoid payment.
• Do not attack, scrape excessively, probe or interfere with the marketplace, accounts, downloads or licence API.
• Do not use products or services for unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing activity.

6. Availability, warranties and responsibility

Digital products may depend on WordPress, PHP, Android, browsers, hosting or third-party services that change independently. Services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Suspension, changes and contact

Access may be suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, account compromise or material breach. Terms may be updated for new services, security or legal requirements; the latest version applies from publication. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
