1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to CodexKR marketplace pages, customer accounts, purchases, protected downloads, licence activation services and support interactions.
2. Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email address and login identifiers.
- Order, invoice and payment-status information. Full card details are normally handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by CodexKR.
- Product downloads, licence keys, activation domains, instance identifiers and renewal dates.
- Support messages and files voluntarily supplied by the customer.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, request time and error logs.
- Cookies required for login, cart, checkout, security and site preferences.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to create accounts, process orders, deliver downloads, issue and validate licences, prevent abuse, provide support, send essential service messages, improve reliability and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. When information may be shared
Limited information may be shared with service providers that operate payments, hosting, email delivery, security, backups or analytics. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transfer.
CodexKR does not sell customer passwords or full payment-card details.
5. Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for accounts, orders, licences, disputes, security and legal obligations.
6. Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the Contact page. Some order, fraud-prevention or tax records may need to be retained. You can also manage account details and active sessions from your Customer Account.
